We’re thrilled to announce the addition of our newest Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. Michael R. Wolverton! A Savannah native, Dr. Wolverton is a board-eligible and fellowship-trained surgeon specializing in treating lower extremity injuries, with a particular focus on knee and hip arthritis. From anterior total hip replacements to robotic-assisted total joint replacements, he brings extensive expertise in both surgical and nonoperative treatments.
When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll find Dr. Wolverton enjoying the great outdoors or cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks. Welcome back to Savannah, Dr. Wolverton!
