3/30/20 UPDATE
Due to the SARS CoV2/COVID 19 pandemic, many office visits and surgical procedures across the country have been rescheduled. This is in an attempt to help contain and mitigate the severe public health threat that this virus poses. We encourage all patients to follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and remain vigilant with hand washing and surface sanitizing at home.

In spite of this, we at Chatham Orthopaedics are still committed to providing you with the best possible care for your musculoskeletal needs. We are exploring technology for virtual visits and are still available to you by phone and through the patient portal (if you have not signed up already, please do so now in order to get updates). We are also tracking all cancelled procedures and have secured commitments from our hospital partners that those surgeries that were delayed will be accommodated in a timely fashion once the restrictions on elective surgeries are lifted.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions. We are here for you.

3/27/20 UPDATE

3/5/20 UPDATE
Chatham Orthopaedic Associates recognizes there is a great deal of concern and uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus. It is important you keep yourself updated using reputable information from organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.gov), World Health Organization (WHO.int), and Johns Hopkins (jhsph.edu). In addition, as with any viral respiratory infection including the flu, containment is key. Simple infection control procedures such as good hand hygiene, coughing into the crook of your elbow or covering your mouth with a tissue, and staying home when sick help contain viral respiratory exposures.

We are concerned about our patients’ and employees’ health and safety. If you are exhibiting symptoms of the flu or bad cold such as fever and cough, please call and reschedule your appointment. We are happy to accommodate your requests. If you need to be seen and are not feeling well, please let us know prior to your arrival. We will have an appropriate face cover to prevent any infection spread. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
