Request Imaging Records

Patients have two options to request copies of their
images (e.g. xray, CT scan, etc.)

  • Option 1: Digital Image Share (DIS) — the cost for DIS is $25 (no postage), and the turnaround time is 3-5 days. This will allow you to access and download your images securely, so that you can share them with multiple providers, if needed. You can request your digital images with the Medical Records link above.
  • Option 2: CDs — Please call the Chatham Orthopaedics location where you were seen and ask to receive a copy of your image via CD at no cost.
