Patients Must Wear Face Masks/Coverings Effective July 1, 2020

Effective July 1, 2020, all patients must bring and wear face masks/coverings in order to be seen at any of our office locations.

Children under the age of two (2) and patients who have a documented health disorder which prevents the use of a mask are the only exceptions.
