When you experience a bone or joint injury, time is of the essence to heal the issue before it gets worse. While icing and rest may alleviate symptoms temporarily, the cause of the pain may be something far more severe. This is when you should turn to a walk-in ortho clinic, such as Chatham Orthopaedic Associates. Chatham Orthopaedics is the oldest orthopedic practice in Savannah. Founded in the 1950s, we have grown to many convenient locations, including Rincon, Savannah, Pooler, and Richmond Hill.

Treatment can range from physical therapy and stabilization exercises all the way to extensive surgical procedures. When you walk into our clinic for your first visit, we’ll determine what procedures are needed to treat your injury. You will need to return for one or more follow-up appointments as part of your treatment plan. Our staff will do everything we can to manage your pain between appointments. Our team understands that injuries don’t always occur between the hours of 9 and 5, and when they do happen, you want to get on a path to healing as soon as possible. That’s why we take same-day appointments Tuesday through Friday at our Paulsen Street clinic location, and offer ExpressOrtho urgent care in both Savannah and Pooler after normal office hours, so you have access to treatment when you need it most. Don’t hesitate to give us a call or stop in right away if you experience a sprain, open fracture, or other pain or injury.
If you are looking for a walk-in ortho clinic in the Savannah area, contact Chatham Orthopaedics Associates. We’re here to help with whatever pain you are experiencing and are dedicated to providing excellent care.
Please note that the Urgent Care service provided by ExpressOrtho at Chatham Orthopaedics is to be used in lieu of an emergency room visit for sprains, non-compound (open) fractures, and other injuries. Urgent Care visits are not to be used as a follow up appointment after a trip to the emergency room, or to a Chatham Orthopaedics physician. If a doctor refers you to Chatham Orthopaedics, please make an appointment during our normal business hours for a physician consult.
Also, please bring your insurance card and identification. We accept most insurances or a flat fee for visits.
